Do I have to be registered on the website to place my order?
Yes, all orders are tied to a specific email address, so you will need to have yours registered to place your order.

Is there a minimum amount I have to spend to place an order?
There is never a monetary requirement to place an order.

Will I receive a tracking number for my order?
Once the shipping carrier takes possession of your order, you will receive an e-mail that includes your tracking number. Please note that some email providers occasionally misidentify emails of this sort and route them to a Bulk or Junk Mail folder.

Will I receive an e-mail confirmation of my order?
Yes, you will receive an e-mail confirmation when your order has been submitted which includes your sales order number.

Why was I charged sales tax on my order when I should be tax exempt?
OPTOMARKET.NET charges sales tax on all orders placed by customers for whom we do not have a valid tax certificate on file. Tax certificates can be sent by email or fax. Your taxes can be refunded once the form is validated and applied to your account.

Can I get technical assistance on the parts?
The majority of inventory listed includes the part’s datasheet. For technical information not found on the datasheet, you can send an email to our engineers at info@optomarket.net.

Where do I find pricing for the part I am looking for?
You can find a full range of important part information including price and more on that part’s page.

Where does this part ship from?
All material is shipped from Italy.

Can I get a refund?
OPTOMARKET.NET accepts no responsibility for any loss of or damage to products in transit or for any items received by OPTOMARKET.NET with them. We will not refund the order. If your products are not working well, you can contact our customer service at info@optomarket.net.

How do I submit a return request?
OPTOMARKET.NET has a Return Center for Return Authorizations (RMA). All requests for return authorizations should be submitted to info@optomarket.net.

To expedite the disposition of RMA request the request must include:
PO Number
Invoice Number
Part Number
Quantity
Some photo of the product
Reason for Return

Possible reasons for denial:
Order was placed 30 days after shipment delivery date, wrong pictures of the product/packaging and the part is NCNR (non-cancellable non-returnable).
